Authorities on Tuesday identified the woman killed in a crash on Route 9 in Manalapan last week as a 25-year-old from Freehold. Amani Gilliam died of her injuries at an area hospital following the 4:30 a.m. Thursday crash at the highway’s intersection with Ryan Road, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said. The man driving the SUV that collided with Gilliam’s car was hospitalized with minor injuries, authorities said at the time.
