Police closed off part of a town amid concerns for the wellbeing of a man who had reportedly climbed onto a roof. Reports from Folkestone say officers arrived around around 8pm and shut Dover Road between St Michael’s Street and Charlotte Street. A nearby resident told KentOnline that she believed there were worries for a local man who has mental health difficulties.
