The Ukrainian state budget has received $118 million in non-repayable funds from the Japanese government. The funds are provided within the framework of the World Bank projects “Health Enhancement And Lifesaving (HEAL) Ukraine Project” and “Housing Repair for People’s Empowerment Project (HOPE)”, according to the Ministry of Finance.
