A lengthy Armed Forces Foundation legal case against Patricia Driscoll, an ex-girlfriend of NASCAR driver Kurt Busch, has come to a resolution, according to reporting from FOX Sports’ Bob Pockrass. Pockrass reports that Driscoll was sentenced Tuesday to two years probation and a $75 fine after pleading guilty in 2023 to failing to maintain records on money she had received from her Armed Forces Foundation.
