King’s Lynn Town Ladies manager Alec Marshall was full of praise for his side after losing their penultimate game of the season to high-flying Haringey. Lynn lost the reverse fixture – Marshall’s second game in the dugout – 14-0, so a 4-2 defeat showed the vast improvement made by the side in a space of a few months.
