SAN FRANCISCO, CA. \- San Francisco 49ers rookie wide receiver Ricky Pearsall was shot during an attempted robbery in Union Square on Saturday. San Francisco Supervisor Aaron Peskin’s office confirmed the incident, stating that Pearsall is in stable condition and his injuries are not life-threatening. The San Francisco Police Department reported that the suspect attempted to rob Pearsall, leading to a physical altercation. During the struggle, the suspect was also shot with their own gun.
