A pedestrian was fatally struck by an NJ Transit train Wednesday night in Morris County, officials said. The person, who was not identified, was hit at 6:10 p.m. just west of the Morristown station by a Morris & Essex Line train on its way from Dover to Penn Station in New York, an NJ Transit spokesperson told NJ Advance Media.
