Massive Ukrainian drone attacks have hit a refinery in Moscow and two power plants, according to Russian reports on Sunday. A fire broke out at the Kapotnya refinery located in a south-east district of Moscow, but the fire brigade was able to contain it after some time, according to the state news agency TASS.
