Suffolk brewer Adnams has shut its shop in Bishop’s Stortford after just over a year of trading in the town centre. The closure of the High Street outlet on New Year’s Eve (December 31) was announced on December 28. The shop selling wines, spirits, beers, gifts and homeware opened in November 2022 to become the business’s 13th store after the first opened in 1987.
