Benue State Governor, Rev Fr Hyacinth Alia on Sunday pardoned 12 prisoners serving various jail terms at the Correction Centres in the state. Alia also converted the dismissal of a Benue State civil servant, Mr Dennis Yogbo to termination of appointment.
