A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for 17-year-old Kyle Harvey, last seen in the Casselberry area on Colombo Drive. Kyle was wearing a white t-shirt and pants of an unknown color. He has a scar on his forehead and may be wearing eyeglasses and carrying a camouflage backpack.
