A Bishop’s Stortford councillor has been recognised for helping the Hertfordshire Climate Change and Sustainability Partnership take root. A hornbeam tree has been planted at County Hall, Hertford, to honour Cllr Graham McAndrew’s role. The Conservative member for the Bishop’s Stortford Rural division, who is the authority’s deputy executive member for the environment was instrumental in setting up the group in 2020.
