Prince Harry and Sir Elton John will be granted secret documents from the Leveson Inquiry to support their phone hacking claim against the Daily Mail, the Government has decided. In a notice published last night, ministers approved a request to unseal documents which were submitted as part of the public inquiry into hacking claims over 10 years ago. The documents listed the payments that the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday made to private investigators.
