A former Atlantic City Housing Authority Coordinator has been accused of fraudulently obtaining over $30,000 in Paycheck Protection Program funds, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said Tuesday. Luquay Zahir, 49, of Atlantic City was charged with one count of making false statements to influence the U.S. Small Business Administration and one count of wire fraud.
