Free Tudor writing workshops for young people will help to celebrate 500 years since an important charter was awarded to Lynn. King Henry VIII awarded a charter 500 years ago this year which gave Lynn the right to appoint a mayor, council and aldermen, as well as other administrative posts. This transformed how the town was run.
