A man was found with his genitals missing after his pet dog had “bitten his penis off and eaten it”, German police have revealed. Officers were alerted to a potential incident on Magdeburger Straß, Herne, when concerned neighbours rang the authorities to alert them to incessant barking coming from a nearby property. They arrived at the single-family home at around 2am when they heard groans coming from inside the building.
