Francis Obinna Nwaubani has been appointed as the new acting Director General of the Broadcasting Corporation of Abia State (BCA) by Governor Alex Otti. He replaces Mrs Esther Agu Anyanwu, who has been directed by the Governor to proceed on compulsory retirement.
