A ‘school of opportunities’ has received an outstanding Ofsted report. Archbishop Cranmer Church of England Academy, Aslockton, which caters for four to 11-year-olds, was rated as outstanding across all areas during the latest inspection, which took place on December 6, 2023. It has not previously been assessed since it took academy status, but the primary school was also judged by Ofsted to be outstanding before its conversion in 2014.
