Bishop’s Stortford’s newest eatery has submitted a licence application to East Herts Council as it prepares for opening. No 14 Restaurant will revive one of North Street’s most historic buildings and home of the town’s iconic white hart. The opening will also extend the Kabayel family’s restaurant empire in the town.
