Flooding has closed several lanes on both the M4 and A34 near Newbury. Two of the three lanes at the M4 eastbound exit slip at junction 13 at Chieveley are closed. One lane also remains closed both southbound and northbound on the A34 near its junction with the M4. Traffic is coping well.
