Iranian Grammy Award winner Shervin Hajipour has been sentenced to three years and eight months in prison following his artistic opposition to Iran’s crackdown on protesters in 2022. The 26-year-old singer-songwriter said on his Instagram page on Friday that he had also been banned from travelling abroad for two years.
