Madonna is being sued by concertgoer Justin Lepeles for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, unfair competition, false advertising and emotional distress, Entertainment Tonight, Entertainment Weekly, and Forbes reported, citing court documents filed Wednesday in Los Angeles.
