A pub that has temporarily closed is set to reopen today (February 2) offering a twist on pub classics. The Royal Oak in Collingham, a community-owned pub, will reopen under the new management of Gemma Whitelock, who owns The Allotment Kitchen and Diner also in Collingham. The newly developed menu includes sustainable choices ranging from plant-based options to a few twists on the so-called pub classics.
