An authentic Italian restaurant is finally set to open its doors this week. La Vita Mia, which shares a building with the Newark Castle railway ticket office, will begin serving up its à la carte menu from midday on Wednesday (March 6). It will be the second restaurant opened in the area by Amedeo Ingala – originally from Sicily in Italy – who also owns Bella Vita in Ollerton.
