A Downham man accused of drug-driving could find himself convicted in his absence if he does not turn up to court. Ashley Russell-Limb, 27, of James Scott Close, was due to attend Lynn magistrates’ court on Thursday to face a charge of driving his Honda moped on Lynn Road in Downham on February 15, while three times over the prescribed drug-drive limit. He is said to have 7mg of cannabis per litre of blood in his system – the legal limit is 2mg.
