Firefighters were called out early this morning to deal with a house blaze. Crews arrived in Biddenden Road, Frittenden, near Cranbrook, to find a shed alight with flames spreading to a nearby home at around 3am. Three fire engines attended and crews wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel and main jets to extinguish the blaze, leaving at around 6.30am. The team was supported by a bulk water carrier at the site. It is believed that the fire originated from a fridge inside the shed. No casualties were reported.
