Thomas Bucciarelli, a 40-year-old resident of Corpus Christi, has been sentenced to 46 months in federal prison for his involvement in a human smuggling operation that endangered lives. Court documents reveal that on August 20, 2022, Bucciarelli attempted to evade law enforcement in Carrizo Springs, recklessly running red lights and colliding with another vehicle.
