Eleven people were killed in a fire that raced through a five-storey building in the Philippine capital’s Chinatown district on Friday, local officials said. The blaze was put out three hours after the fire broke out in the commercial-residential building in Binondo district in Manila City, the Bureau of Fire and Protection said.
