German police detained a 34-year-old suspect who went on the run on Saturday after injuring four people in the western German town of Hagen, a spokesman said on Sunday. Among those injured was the suspect’s wife, police in the state of North-Rhine Westphalia said. The four victims have been hospitalized, with two, including the wife, in a life-threatening condition.
