Newark Athletics Clubs are sitting pretty at the top of a sports league after finishing first in one of its latest event. Last Saturday, members of the club were competing in the North of England League and after a successful day of eventing now sit top overall in the league. Some new faces competed in the league for the first time including Eric Unaigwe (under-17) winning the B race 200m in 26.6secs, comfortably seconds quicker than the runner-up.
