Three Bergen County residents face animal cruelty charges after a dog was found in a metal crate in a dark area of a basement, barely able to stand and exposed to its own urine and feces, according to police. Police said they received a tip on Feb. 25 that a dog was being neglected or abused in a home in the 100 block of Hamilton Road in Teaneck.
