The Police Command in Kaduna State, says it has detained 13 suspected hoodlums as a fallout of the nationwide protests that commenced on Thursday. The command, therefore, vowed to be tougher on the miscreants who hijacked the procession, vandalised government, private and police assets in the name of protests.
