A woman has been charged after a security guard was threatened when he confronted a suspected shoplifter. The incident happened at Tesco in Crescent Road in Faversham on Wednesday (May 29). The security guard confronted a woman who allegedly tried to take £75 worth of beauty and cleaning products from the store and was verbally threatened. Later that same day some £72 of cleaning products were taken from Sainsbury’s in Bysingwood Road.
