Dharamshala (Himachal Pradesh) [India], October 2 (ANI): The Tibetan government-in-exile celebrated the 155th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on Wednesday here in Dharamshala. President of Central Tibetan Administration, Tharlam Dolma, attended the event as chief guest. Apart from her, information minister of the Tibetan government-in-exile, Norzin Dolma and staff members of CTA gathered near the Tibetan parliament here to celebrate the occasion and to pay tribute to the great Indian leader.
