A former Florida Highway Patrol Trooper has been sentenced to 21 years in federal prison for four counts pertaining to Hobbs Act robberies and three counts for brandishing a firearm during the robberies. Jesse Rance Moore, 46, Bell, was found guilty on November 2, 2023.
