German customs authorities seized more than a half ton of cocaine hidden in a cargo of bananas at the port of Hamburg, authorities revealed on Thursday. Four people were arrested on suspicion of trying to smuggle the cocaine into Germany from Ecuador aboard a ship, according to a statement from Germany’s Customs Investigation Office.
