MIAMI, Fla. \- Two West Palm Beach men have admitted their guilt in a shooting that occurred at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall on Valentine’s Day. Both men were charged with being felons in possession of firearms. Kamarcio Mitchell, 29, pleaded guilty to firearm and ammunition possession, as well as possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
