Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) [India], September 2 (ANI): Amid the heavy rainfall in Andhra Pradesh, Governor S Abdul Nazeer has expressed concern over the heavy rain and floods causing disruption of normal life in Vijayawada and surrounding areas.
