One of two people who died in a fast-moving fire in last month in Bergen County had intentionally set himself on fire, authorities said Friday. Ranjodh Singh IV, 35, and Manjinder Kaur, 44, died following the blaze, which was reported about 12:30 a.m. Feb. 19 in a basement apartment in the 800 block of Palisade Avenue in Teaneck.
