Greek farmers took to the streets again on Thursday across the country with one protest paralysing the centre of the northern port city of Thessaloniki with about 300 tractors, local media reported. The Greek farmers were protesting against the rise in fertilizer and diesel prices. As in other EU countries, angry farmers are staging protests to demand more support from their governments. On Thursday, farmers also held demonstrations in Germany, Belgium and France.
