NASCAR and the Cup Series teams are still in the middle of charter negotiations, and 23XI Racing is teasing the governing body a bit. Curtis Polk, the business partner of Michael Jordan and co-owner of 23XI had an interesting shirt on today for the NASCAR Southern 500. Well, it wasn’t really his shirt that was interesting. It was more what was on his shirt that was interesting. With a new charter offer being handed to the teams recently, one has to think that this is a response to that offer.
