The Lagos State Government has discovered 86 apartments under the Dolphin Estate Bridge, Ikoyi, where tenants pay N250,000 annual rent. The state’s Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, disclosed this in a video post via his X account on Wednesday. Wahab revealed that the 86 partitioned rooms, sized “10×10 and 12×10”.
