West Norfolk Council will now offer a 100% council tax rebate to the most financially vulnerable in our area despite worries that this will create a “cliff edge” for others who are struggling. Borough councillors voted to approve the new policy at their full meeting on Wednesday evening. This will increase the amount saved on the tax by some residents from 84% to cover the entire bill.
