A German soldier is suspected of shooting dead four people, including a child, in northern Germany, before turning himself in. Prosecutors said on Friday that the incidents occurred overnight at two locations in the state of Lower Saxony – one in a detached house in Westervesede in the municipality of Scheeßel and one in Bothel in the district of Rotenburg.
