By Denitsa Koseva in Sofia Bulgaria’s Gerb party on July 1 nominated Rossen Zhelyazkov, party member and ex-parliament speaker, for prime minister, and returned to President Rumen Radev a list of proposed ministers immediately after receiving the first mandate to form a government.
