A cyclist was taken to hospital after being involved in a crash with a car. Police were called to the crossroads on White Road in Beachamwell at 10.39pm yesterday following reports of a collision involving a tandem bike and a car. Emergency services attended the scene, including paramedics, and the road was temporarily closed. One of the cyclists was taken to hospital as a precaution. The other cyclist suffered minor injuries. The road was reopened at 11.51am.
