TAMPA, Fla. \- A man and woman are dead, and a suspect is in custody after a shooting on Saturday afternoon. On Saturday, at approximately 1:15 p.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of Ray Charles Blvd in reference to two subjects, one adult male and one adult female, who had been shot.
