A robber revealed his own name after taking money from his victim and failing to persuade him to extract cash from an ATM. In the morning of December 16, Max Martin approached a man in his 60s in Sittingbourne High Street. Martin started talking to the man, who he did not know, and demanded he withdraw cash from an ATM. When the victim said he did not have any money, Martin put his hand in his pocket and said he had a knife.
