‘Rugrats’ is reportedly returning with a new live action hybrid movie. The iconic Nickelodeon cartoon – which first ran from 1991 to 2006 – is returning to the big screen in a unique way under the direction of ‘Pitch Perfect’ filmmaker Jason Moore.
