A defunct food truck’s owner is suing Atlantic City and its mayor two years after the eatery was evicted from its bayside spot in town, contending the expulsion was done so over a personal vendetta and not state regulations. Fish Heads, owned by Greg Woods, was forced from Atlantic City’s Gardner’s Basin area in 2022.
